November 2018 - Present
Founder & Head-Coach for Self Awareness & Conscious Business, INNER ZENITH
From social media to lead generation. From writing and delivering proposals to closing the deal and following up. From managing my own schedule, finances and relations to finding the right strategy for my clients to do the same. Self-discipline, integrity, risk-taking, growth mindset, these are what I needed to manage my own small remote-based business to travel while acquiring clients.

Founder & Chief of Vision, Compassionate Collaboration
A Facebook Group based community of a hundred of people, founded upon the principle of entrepreneurs and visionaries helping each other to achieve more and faster, for a longer-lasting and broader impact on the planet. Currently operating as an underground hub of co-creation for various projects such as Inner Zenith or Private CO-coaching packages.

Independent Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sri Sri School Yoga
I teach individual and group classes to people who desire to elevate their Life by ANY degree, by offering 360° fully customisable programs. I obtained my International Yoga Teacher Certification after a 5 years of personal studies which ended with an intensive 5-week retreat in the International Meditation Center of Bad Antogast Germany.

CEO, Conscious Business Community
Redefining the role of business in society through shifting the approach to business itself, by making it more conscious and responsible, globally. Team management, conscious business model design, market understanding, public relationship, outreaching, decision-making. This project is altogether the most challengingly new and excitingly rewarding experience I had so far.

Founder & Meditation Teacher, Meditate For The Orphans
Founder and visionary behind a compassion-driven humanitarian birthday project called Meditate For The Orphans. It started as a 3-month project to teach online meditation sessions for a small fee, in order to fundraise an initiative for orphans and kids in difficulty in Natal, Northwest Brazil. I did so for my 25th birthday in August and I felt so good that I decided to expand this and to make it bigger every year. Always looking for interested contributors, supporters and collaborators.
May 2017 - December 2017
Marketing and Events Intern, Transformational Leadership for Excellence (TLEX)
As an intern I was assigned to the organisation of the World Forum for Ethics in Business, reaching out to leads and cold-calling, going to in-person meeting to discuss invitations and agreements with eventual honorary guests. In the meanwhile, I was assisting the CEO on extra duties such as working on workshops and making keynote presentations.

The European chapter of this international school of Yoga was about to launch. My duties were market research related, analysing findings, coming out with good solutions to approach the market in a fresh and innovative way. Also team calls coordination and summarisation were among my duties.

The Nomad Academy (Now Uprise Academy) - Entrepreneurship Studies
I joined 25 other passionate and skilled young individuals from 18 countries, selected among 10,000 applications, into 3 intensive months of self-discovery, hard skills development and traveling. How to launch a business, find investors, cultivate self-discipline and good habits, while facing change and working under pressure, alone and together with a team. This among the major take-aways of this three month formative experience.

BSc Business Marketing & International Relationships | European School of Economics
British Bachelor of Sciences in Marketing studies and International Relationships Administrations, obtained through European School of Economics, Florence city campus (Italy). With the duration of three years and a total of two international internship experiences of 3 months each in Germany and Japan, I underwent written and oral official examination with English speaking board, presented individual and group projects to the class, executed market researches and written essays about a number of topics among which cultural diversity management and cross-cultural marketing, project and operations management, supply chain and human resources optimisation. I finally got my Bachelor Degree on the thesis on how Spirituality, Business and Success are to be integrated together in order to solve today's business crisis of values.

Always get my day started with something productive done. Making my days easier by leveraging on neuroscience and energy management theories. I worked remotely while traveling for the last 2 years, which forced me to understand how to be self-disciplined and organised, balancing myself among several project and everyday life duties and desires. I know what I want and what is needed to get there.

I look at the world from a multifaceted perspective and understand the fundamental need to understand how cultural diversity affects nowadays workplace. I speak fluent English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese (B2 to Native), with basic understanding of German and Russian (A1-A2 level). I am a Yogi and will always rather listen and act upon previous observation than react and let external situations trigger me. I do apply various breathing and meditation techniques to help myself getting settled into my work and focused on my task, reduce stress' drawbacks and detach from unnecessary distractions and elements which are not concerning with the situation. When I am on a task I love being 100% present and engaged, to move onto the next one once completed.
Market Analysis
Both my academic background, my business experiences and my personal interest and curiosity helped me developing the ability to research what the trends are regarding to particular industries and refine my communication according to them. Whether working in a team, following direction or by taking initiative, I know the importance of finding the appropriate time and channels of communication to create something the market needs and people want to buy, against what I would propose for personal taste and preference.

My Bio
Double degree in Business Administration Marketing & International Relations, I can work in 5 languages and conversate in 7, continuously self-educating around applied sciences of mind and body, while networking and sharing ideas.
Professionally, I love business and entrepreneurship since I believe they are the "art of making things happen". I graduated in Business Administration and International Relationships, majoring Marketing. So far I have been using that in my own Yoga & coaching businesses, to serve my personal drive of discovering new things while traveling and enjoying life. Now I will find stability and focus on career. Currently involved in the role of CEO which asks me learning new skills and cultivating my person, I believe that there is no future for irresponsible business anymore. The country I loved the most working in has been Japan, the most challenging Brazil.
Personally, I am a 26-year-old Human Soul, enthusiastic of being alive and conscious of being responsible of all my successes and failures. I am passionate of Neuroscience and quantum physics, so understanding and "bending reality", I love cultures and communication (I aim at speaking 10 languages by my 31st birthday) and enjoy building systems and habits to make things easier! Books which made me who I am are "Dream For The World", "Patanjali's Yoga Sutras", "Think and Grow Rich" and "The Alchemist".
